V30 SD cards (usually UHS-I) is fine for most people. Many older / entry-level cameras don’t support faster UHS-II SD cards anyways.
V60 SD cards are the minimum required for shooting 4K video at 60fps. V90 SD cards are even faster and allow for very high bandwidth recording, such as 8K video or, more realistically, higher frame rates and RAW footage.
